Navigating new roles in CRNA education

But transitioning into a clinical educator role has been both rewarding and challenging. I’ve had to adapt my teaching methods to best support our new CRNA students, especially around critical patient safety practices. Does anyone have tips or resources that have worked for you in similar situations?

I totally get the challenge of adapting teaching styles. One thing that helped me was incorporating simulation-based learning for critical skills; it really engages students and reinforces patient safety protocols. Have you tried any hands-on activities yet?
