Analyzing CRNA Job Satisfaction Metrics

I’m interested in how job satisfaction among CRNAs correlates with productivity metrics. I recently analyzed data from several state surveys and found that higher satisfaction rates often aligned with better patient outcomes. Has anyone else explored this relationship or accessed similar research data?

I’ve noticed in my practice that regular feedback sessions with CRNAs can boost satisfaction and, in turn, improve our productivity metrics. It’s interesting how open communication makes a real difference. Have you found any specific methods that have worked well?
